Effective August 1, 2020, Ontario commissioning legislation permits the practice of remote commissioning, if the receiving party is able and willing to accept remotely commissioned documents. If the receiving party is unsure or unable to accept it, we also offer in-person commissioning services at our office locations in Ottawa and Toronto.
