Worth knowing
The tracker covers residential real estate closings. Wills, powers of attorney, business matters and notary appointments are not tracked here. Call us and we will update you directly.
The tracker returns a stage and nothing else. It does not display names, addresses, figures or documents, and it cannot be used to look those up.
Files stay on the tracker for thirty days after closing. After that, call us and we will pull up your file.
The tracker reflects where your file sits in our system. If the stage does not match what you expect, call us on (343) 633-5997 rather than waiting.
